Sand Tarts

Ingredients

2 sticks butter, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 3/4 cups sifted flour

1 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter and sugar. Work in vanilla, cinnamon, flour and nuts. Shape into small balls or crescents. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes. Cool on rack and roll in powdered sugar.
